Yoga focuses on the goal of developing a continually growing awareness and integration of all aspects of one's physical, emotional, and intellectual being.The most important benefit of yoga is physical and mental therapy. The ageing process, which is largely an artificial condition, caused mainly by autointoxication or self-poisoning, can be slowed down by practicing yoga.
